Did you actually make them or just repaint them? :)

she started off as the 2004 she-ra figure which you can see her standing next to in the bottom 2 photos.

i basically replaced her hair with that of a vintage catra figure. you can see how i did it here [link]

i removed all she-ra's accessories, got a vintage catra figure & cut off her hands & carved off her chest plate. i then sanded down she-ra's chest & replaced it with the vintage catra chest. i cut off she-ras hands & replaced them with those from the vintage catra.

after doing that i made her mask from a product called makins clay. i then repainted her hands, bodice, & boots using humbrol enamel paints.

i made her skirt & tail out of black fur & added jem stones to her chest, belt & knee pads.

to finish her off i made a mould of the horde logo from a hordak figure & attached it to her belly.

her sword & shield were also repainted & had matching jem stones added.

Oh that's neat.
I use sculpey for modelling from scratch, and obviously it has to be baked in the oven to harden.
I looked at your Yarna remodel and wondered if you baked the sculpey to harden, is it safe to put plastic dolls in the oven?
Seems like a ridiculous question xD. I'm told that it's safe even to put matchsticks and wooden lollipop sticks in the oven, but I'm exceptionally cautious about oven safety and worry something will happen.
Anyway, neat job (:

thank you.

i actually put the figure in a pan of boiling water. that hardens the sculpey but insures your figure does not melt.
