seeing as i have been doing this little nostalgic trip down memory lane on here i thought it only fair to add obi wan kenobi as he is the main reason i got into star was when i was a kid.
when i was around 8 or 9 i collected a lot of action figures. one day when out shopping with my parents in our local Wellworths i seen a 12" obi wan kenobi figure & fell in love with it. i wasnt allowed it though because it was too expensive. i couldnt stop thinking about this cool figure for weeks.
then one weekend my parents were going to belfast shopping for the day so me & my brothers were staying at our grandparents.
before my parents left for belfast they asked us if we wanted them to bring us anything back. so obviously i asked them for this cool obi wan figure.
when they returned that night they did bring me an obi wan figure but it wasnt the 12" one it was the little figure. i was kinda dissappointed at the time but when i seen all the other cool figures on the back of the card i just had to start collecting them.
the following christmas i seen star wars on tv & have been a huge fan ever since.
