recently i have been trying to complete my vintage he-man & she-ra figure collection. apart from getting the official figures for my collection i also wanted to add a few of my favourite characters, so to do this i have been spending the past few weekends making them as customs.
i remember when i was a kid i always wanted a scorpia figure to be part of my collection but unfortunately they never made her as a vintage figure. i was so pleased when they finally released her as part of the MOTUC figure line. however, unfortunately those figures are too tall to fit in well with the vintage figures. luckily the vintage figures heads are slightly larger in proportion to their bodies so this meant i could use the head, upper torso & arms from the MOTUC scorpia & attach them to a vintage she-ra figures lower body & legs. i then cut off a section of her lower arms to shorten them a little so as they were in better proportion to the rest of her body. her head is slightly larger than she-ra's but when she stands next to hordak & the other horde figures she fits in perfectly.
